1.Hands-on data architect experience
including logical and physical modelling within a large enterprise
2.Thorough understanding of
designing high performance database solutions
3.Experience in Java
object-relational mapping tools and technology , Caching technologies, BI
tools, Message Queuing Applications
4.XML (including schema definitions
and transformations) experience
5.A willingness to seek out and
solve data issues proactively and efficiently
6.Change management experience
