Job Description:
1.Handle day to day BAU queries /
defects due to Vision Plus upload, download, interfaces, reports etc.
2.Ready to operate in shift model.
3.Prepare traceability matrix to
ensure all functions are covered during RCA
4.Review the solution proposed by
stream and suggest changes
5.Assist test lead to prepare test
strategy, test plan, run plan and test cases for the project
6.Interact with Business analyst to
understand the requirements
7.Focus on specific streams during
day-to-day deliverables (e.g. receivables, authorizations, transactions,
customer service, collections etc.)
8.Raise defects in the defect
management tool and provide information regarding the defects to the
development team
9.Good documentation skills &
follow-up;
10.Aware of competition bench marks
11.Self –
driven/independent/confident
12.Good knowledge of cards
accounting & reconciliation
