1.Candidate would be responsible
for Inbound Voice Process
2.Key role would be answering the
queries of customers on phone.
3.Should be willing to work in
rotational shifts
4.Good at Communication skills –
English, Hindi, and Kannada
5.Should have basic computer
knowledge
6.Good typing skills
7.Should have go-getter attitude
and willing to work in rotational shifts (for females only Day shift)
8.Ability to quickly identify
issues, how to determine root cause and long-term solutions.
Educational Qualifications :B.E
Computer Science/Information Systems or related field
Experience: 0-2 yrs
