Requirements
1.Create, Maintain and execute the
Valkyrie Environments and Configuration Management Plan.
2.Create and maintain the
environment health check application
3.Design and implement automation
of environment setup along with a dashboard for the statuses of these setups
4.Setup and manage the access
control list for access to the environment resources
5.Act as the gatekeepers for the
source control repository
6.Liaise with Service Owners,
Project Managers and Test Managers to ensure Environments for the SIT QA and
UAT Test Cycles are delivered according to plan.
7.Manage and track the delivery of
Environments from initiation, through definition, delivery and post release
review.
8.Standardise and manage the
communication of environment changes (e.g. releases) to the identified stakeholders.
9.Create change requests in
ServiceNow, follow-up with the task assignees for implementation and ensure
that the CRs are closed before the breach dates.
10.Maintain a release register
detailing (files, requestor, date time, CR, components, NOLIO logs etc) the
changes applied to different environments.
11.Maintain the release artefacts
(sign offs, change logs, CR information, Release Register) as mentioned in the
Configuration Management Plan
12.Manage the daily hand-over of
Environments between London, New York and Singapore.
Support Valkyrie Releases and data
load activities for Valkyrie environments.
13.Provide Technical Support for
all Valkyrie Environments including Production and Disaster Recovery.
14.Coordinate the creation of
‘runbooks’ for setting up the SIT, QA, UAT and DR Test Phases for the required
test scenarios.
15.Manage and Track Environments
Issues Logs and Manage the process of submitting and tracking enhancement
requests with Service Owners.
16.Collate, by coordinating with
the BTB team, the Technical Release Notes that have to be provided to the RTB
Teams for Production releases.
17.Design and implement the
automation to support data load and release related activities.
18.Create a plan of activities and
allow monitoring of the statuses using standard DDLA tools and practices
19.Identify gaps for improving the
DDLA maturity levels of the project with respect to environment management
