Principal Accountabilities of the
Role:-
1.
Increase the Customer Base of the Branch.
To prospect and meet the potential
customer
Understand the Need of the customer
and Explain the products and features
Maintain call and business
register.
2.
Increase the book size of the branch
To acquire good quality Current
Accounts with a higher value
Focus on deepening of new
relationships for the first month.
3.
Manpower & Compliance
a)Complete the CIF, A/c opening
application forms and obtain all relevant documents to facilitate KYC Norms
b)Ensure necessary verification
about bona fides of customer.
c)Have the list of profile branches
with complete details like address, phone number, and working hours.
d)Ensure complete documentation
w.r.t to IBR, cheque details, name of the customer, handing over documents to
Sales Manager, take PGK for delivery to customer and obtain acknowledgement
e)Training
f)Ensure all compliance related
guidelines are adhered to.
4.
Control Cost of acquisition
Maintain Cost of acquisition low by
acquiring bigger value accounts
Educational Qualification :
Graduation.
Relevant Experience : At least 2
years of supervisory level sales experience either in Banking or FMCG..Personal
Characteristic & Behaviors.
Should be aggressive but compliance
oriented
