Job Description:
Software Engineer in Android System
integration team is responsible for supporting the tablet/phone reference
platform milestone delivery, Google's Android framework upgrades and
GMS/ART/Security patch integration. He/She will drive domain specific issues to
closure by triaging, interacting with engineering teams and making sure the
issue resolution goes through rigorous validation. The role also involves
supporting the project manager and android gatekeeper with relevant data on
health of platform in various domains, validation status and feature readiness
which help to take critical program level decisions.
Educational Qualifications : M.Tech/B.Tech in
Electronics and Communication or Computer Science
Location : Bangalore
Qualifications :
1. Should have a strong knowledge
in Android FW/Stack. Working knowledge on Android boot flow, security framework
is must. Architecture understanding of FDK/EDK2 BIOS, IAFW boot flow will be
added advantage.
2. Good understanding of Linux
internals, driver framework, OS fundamentals, processor architecture.
3. Should have experience in
Android kernel level debugging
4. Experience in device driver
level debugging, exposure to debugging and profiling tools.
5. Need strong presentation and
communication skills
