Job Description
1.Hands on experience on bidding on
Online portals - Elance, Guru, Freelance, Odesk
2.Ability to generate new business
leads for Mobile Application Development (iOS, Android), Web Development (PHP)
Responding to RFPs
3.Responsible for generating
business via various sources from international market and work on fixed
monthly performance targets
4.Generating potential leads and
gathering their project requirements Closing the deals
5.Should be able to provide initial
quote and coordinate with project team to get estimations if required.
6.Knowledge of preparing attractive
business proposals and submitting for Client's Review - 7.Excellent Analyzing,
Web Research skills needed
8.Involvement in Pre bids,
Follow-ups, Competition Analysis Skills
9.Involved in Client Engagement

Experience: 2-3 years
Educational Qualifications :BE,
B.Tech, B.Sc., MBA or any equivalent degree preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
1.BE, B.Tech, B.Sc., MBA or any
equivalent degree preferred
2.2-3 years in Business Development
,Responding to RFPs
3.Excellent communication skills,
formal writing skills and marketing tactics
4.Experience in handling
international clients mainly USA, UK and Europe
5.Experience with successful email
marketing campaigns
6.Should have experience probing
cold leads, analyzing their requirements/ pain points and providing solution
