Skills Required
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in administration role.
2. Broad Knowledge and overall experience as a front office/facility.

5.Experience in MS office and especially in excel and word
6. Intermediate desktop publishing and document management software

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for call management both inbound and outbound. International calls support and tracking .
2.Data basing for critical vendors, suppliers and service-providers
3. Guest/visitor, dignitaries management
4. Administration support data entry
5.Stationery management, dispatch and courier database management
6. Monitoring all incoming and outgoing calls and taking messages.
7.To receive and attend the clients (ability to work as an administrator) and handle all front office related activity independently.
8.Handling routine administration work effectively.
9.Coordination of house keeping, cafeteria and other in-house admin activities.
10.Submit all mobile/phone bills to staff members for certification of personal calls and handover to concern for processing payments.
11. Coordinate all vehicle transportation requests, guests’ rooms, movement of material and support to staff when transferred to different locations and execute shift schedule without fail.
12. Keep custody of all keys
13.Slot allocation of newly joined employees in consultation with HR.
14.Updating of Company Employee Directory on a bi- weekly basis.
