PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Recruitment - Talent Acquisition.
2. Joining and Exit Formalities.
3.HRIS: Employee Master Data -
Updating and maintenance of all employee's data in the payroll software.
4.Documentation of individual
employee data right from induction to exit - joining, appointment,
confirmation, performance appraisal and exit as per ISO 9001: 2008 standards.
5.Payroll Management.
6.Statutory Compliance - PF &
ESI statements, Form 5 & 10, Form U, Form D,ER-I, ER- II and Actuarial
valuation for Gratuity.
7.Preparation of annual and monthly
medical insurance, personal accident and Loss of License report and forwarding
the same to Medical Insurance consultant.
7.Computation of individual
employee income tax sheet, filing quarterly and annual IT returns online and
issuing Form 16 to employees.
8.Issuing of performance appraisal
forms for confirmation, promotion and pay revision.
9. Employee Relation.
10.Attendance Management.
Educational Qualifications : MBA
(HR)
Experience : 2- 3 yrs
Location: Bangalore
Computer Skills:
1.General knowledge of labour laws
and practices.
2.Experience in the administration
of compensation and benefits.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
4.Very Good interpersonal and
communication skills.
5.Maintain a high level of
confidentiality
