Technical Competencies

customer facing Support or Services position or in Quality Assurance
3.Excellent skills in the SQL,
shell scripts
4.Exposure to Java and/or Microsoft
.NET framework based SaaS applications
5.Good knowledge of HTTP and TCP/IP
protocols
6.Experience in debugging
application issues including fixing code, scripts and database
