3.To manage quality of portfolio

technical, FI and Risk Cont Unit agency for processing the file / docket
6.Training of CPA / DMA / DME
7.Responsible for TAT of delivering
sanction letter and disbursement
8.To resolve customer issues and
legal cases pertaining to sanction and disbursement process
