Job Description:
1.Must have 1-2 years of data
analysis experience in leading eCommerce and/ or Internet companies
2.Must have good understanding of
MS Office tools like Excel and Word
3.Must have experience working with
standard clickstream tools such as Google Analytics, Kissmetrics or Omiture,
etc.
4.Must have ability to interact and
work with technology teams
5.Must have analytically oriented
and motivated by data analysis
6.Must have ability to identify key
needs/ gaps and provide leadership to close those gaps
7.Works effectively both
independently and as a team member
8.Shall handle multiple tasks and
switches priorities and focus as needed
9.Must have good communication
skills
10.Shall proactively be involved in
analyzing data to influence enhancements on website and mobile.
11.Shall extensively use
clickstream tools such as GA, Kissmetics, Wizrocket, etc to draw insights on
user behavior and trends.
12.Shall research and implement new
tools for data analysis and testing
13.Shall work with product,
technology and marketing teams to identify gaps in the data capture strategy.
Implement processes that ensure data consistency.
14.Must exhibit a high level of
expertise in driving the data strategy across websites, mobile apps, market
research, etc.
15.Shall develop internal reporting
to monitor trends across apps, devices, geographies etc., by pulling data from
different data sources
