Client Servicing Executive jobs in india and Mumbai, require qualification is any

Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Handle multiple esteemed clients
2.Co-ordinate with the clients to
gather all requirements for their on line eCommerce store
3.Scope out the project with the
client and internal teams and phase out the project with timelines and
deliverables to the client
4.Understand and detail out the
requirement to discuss internally with the technology team
5.Co-ordinate with the client for
demos, data, feedback and implementation of the feedback into the site
6.Co-ordinate with the internal
teams to ensure we are adhering to the timelines and deliverables to the
client.
7.Maintain a complete list of items
discussed with the clients in the project to discuss in weekly reviews
8.Ensure all financial transactions
with the clients are handled - payments, billing, transactions etc
9.Be aware of the product and
latest developments in Buildabazaar platform which can be discussed with
clients regularly.
Educational Qualifications : any
graduate and post graduates
Experience : experienced and freshers

Desired candidate profile :
1.Must have an excellent oral &
written communication skills in English.
2.Should have worked directly with
Clients in a Client facing role with at least 0.5 months of experience.
3.Should have worked in a Project
Management role earlier with at least 1 years of experience.
4.Handle multiple projects at
single point in time.
5.Have sufficient knowledge of
product in which the person has worked.
6.Should be good in problem solving
and analytical abilities
7.Should have a good knowledge
about Internet, XL, Word, E-commerce
