Job Overview :
We are looking to add an
exceptional and versatile Help Desk Support Specialist to the team in Ramboll
India Hyderabad. Help desk specialist is responsible for first level support.
This position provides effective diagnostic evaluation of end-user customer
needs and in all cases uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and
resolving each issue or complaint to the customers’ satisfaction
Educational Qualification : Degree
preferred - technical IT/Electronics preferred
Experience : Freshers and
experienced
Location : NOIDA
Responsibilities :
1.Communicate with customers by
e-mail and phone, providing first of customer support.
2.Support all customers with
product training, knowledge and expertise.
3.Monitor Service Desk for tickets
assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
4.Document internal procedures.
5.Escalate cases when appropriate
to Support manager.
Skills / Qualifications :
1.At least 1yr experience in
customer service.
2.Strong interpersonal and
communications skills(oral and written) for customer support via phone or
email.
3.Working knowledge of fundamental
operations of relevant software and hardware.
4.Take ownership of and
troubleshoot problems and follow through to resolution.
5.Proficient knowledge of MS Office
Suite.
