Job Requirements:
1.ensuring program execution
through project structures and strong governance
2.Tracking SOX open action points
from previous testing
3.Tracking remaining K2 open
actions (LR/ depletion of Diageo stock/ updation of credit limit in SAP)
4.Tracking Innovation
(Chivalry/Apollo/Constellation ID) and SFA project
5.Managing other F16 upcoming
projects
6.Conducting weekly/fortnightly
project update meetings with each project head in North
7.Conducting bi-monthly Project
update meetings with COO & RPC functional Heads
8.Updating North Project Plan/
Resource Heatmap
9.Participating & highlighting
issues/risks in daily 5pm call with all PMOs in India
