Job Description:
1.Provide Level 3 support for complex system and applications.
2.Good knowledge of Installation, Maintenance, migration, upgrades, and improving the long-term performance of the systems.  Strong with Linux commands
3.Administering Amazon EC2 Instances
4.Installing  and maintaining Open Source based Tech Stack in dev and production environments
5.Diagnosing system problems - Release Management (Building & deploying software releases) in SaaS environment
6.Basic understanding of capacity planning and high availability
7.Performing OS and application up-grades on existing systems
8.Write tools/scripts to facilitate support and maintenance of customer systems. - Provide feedback loop to engineering on bugs/issues/feature enhancements.
9.Scripting experience
10.Excellent Knowledge and experience with RedHat or CentOS Linux, RHCE certification a plus
11.Good knowledge of Apache and Tomcat
12.Familiarity in configuring, administering and  monitoring Amazon EC2 production instances - Knowledge of version,  revision control, & change management  practices and procedures - Results oriented, highly flexible, willingness and strong desire to learn

Educational Qualification : B.E/B.TECH and M.E/M.TECH

Nice to Have Skills:
1.Familiar with network concepts including load balancing equipment, switches, routers, firewalls and network troubleshooting
2.Expert use of monitoring and troubleshooting utilities to effectively diagnose problems
3.Knowledge of storage (SAN, NAS) a plus
4.Experience with scripting and automation of tasks a plus
5.Good Knowledge of TCP/IP, Networking and VPN is desirable
6.ci/cd methodologies
