Job Description:
1.3 + Years of IT Helpdesk & Operation Experience with very good communication skills .
2.Support for Microsoft Windows in Enterprise Environment. In depth knowledge on DHCP , AD Windows OS and MS Office products. McAfee security software .
3.In depth knowledge on PC hardware and excellent troubleshooting skill.
4.Networking Concept ( DNS ,Basic switching and routing ) PXE ,Remote Boot and imaging technology .Work experience in SCCM is an added advantage
5.Support for PC backup and restore using HP and Veritas solution.
6.Install and Configure various type of Print Devices in the network . Work experience in Xerox and Lexmark MFD Devices is an added advantage.
7.Install and configure CISCO IP Phones IP Phones and also experience in analog phones.
8.Provide user training by request on various services.
9.Updating in house inventory.
10.Provide onsite IT support in AT&T Bangalore offices. The employee setup and troubleshoot PC/Printer/MFD for users, also provides onsite support to other IT functional teams, e.g. connecting cables, which doesn't have any local staff in Bangalore. The position is required to work on shift in 7x24 roster.

Educational Qualification : Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering or relevant disciplines. MCSA/MCSE/CCNA certified is preferred.

Required Skills:
Expert knowledge and 3+ years handon support experience on Microsoft Windows & Office family products in enterprise environment. Good understanding on LAN/WAN and server technologies. Customer oriented, team work and good troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
