
Job Description:
1.BE/BS plus a minimum of 4 - 6
years of programming/systems analysis experience with Oracle HRMS applications,
Workflow and Self-Service
2.Experience with Oracle
development tools and utilities, including Toad, Developer, SQL*Plus,
SQL*Loader, PL/SQL, xml publisher, Interfaces, Conversions, AME's
3.Proven experience with standard
development tools including PL/SQL Developer, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms,
JDeveloper and XML Publisher
4.Strong PL/SQL experience and UNIX
Shell Scripting experience mandatory
5.Experience with the Oracle
Application suite and knowledge of key relationships / dependencies across the
HRMS and other Oracle application suite modules
6.Has experience in systems
analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance
and integration methodologies *
Knowledge of SDLC processes and tools
7. Must have experience preparing
technical specifications, detailed design documents and developing test cases
8.Experience with Oracle Workflow
and HR Analytics is strongly desired
9.Experience with Oracle Fusion
Talent Management, Business Objects reporting and ADP eTIME application
experience is a plus, but not required
10.Excellent communication and
