Job Description:
1.Vendor acquisition and business
development by direct/indirect sales and training.
2.Interacting with the internal
team for customer/vendor issues and addressing their concerns with a timely
response.
3.Conducting market review /
studies and analysing competitor’s activities thereby devising strategies to
counter them.
4.Customer relationship management
via phone calls, email, In Person interaction (on field/Inbound)
5.Ability to manage
cross-functional tasks assigned related to customer/vendor account.
6.Co-ordination with various
functions / departments at various stages of the assigned project (like
customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc.).
7.Maintain call reports and
periodic MIS reports.
Educational Qualification : Any
Graduate
