Responsibilities :
1. Would lead the team of analysts
in India
2.Hands in leadership with focus on
timely and value added delivery
3.Provide Adhoc analysis/research
as required to the Business Partners
4.Work on Cognos and other applications
5.Work on Adhoc projects as and
when assigned by the Business and ensure timely completion
6.Drive innovation within the team
and focus on improving existing reports/processes and create efficiencies
7.Work with the key stakeholders to
provide value to the Management
8.Work with the Business partners
and build a strong relationship
9.Mentor and coach the team members
10.Conduct regular one on ones to
track performance and provide feedback

Educational Qualification :
MBA/M.Com/B.Com graduate or CA/ICWA inter
Experience ; Freshers and
Experienced
Location : pune
Required Skills and Competence:
1.Strong knowledge of accounting
and financial processes
2.At least 5 years’ experience in
Reporting and FP&A
3. Excellent communication skills
4.Detail oriented and precise
5.Advanced level proficiency in
Excel and Access is a MUST
6.Exposure to Oracle/SAP and
reporting tools like Cognos and HFM
7.Candidate should have college
degree in accounting or finance.
8.Desire or experience to enhance
the process and create efficiencies.
9.Strong customer centric focus.
10.Ability to build and promote
team work.
11.Very good Analytical / Problem
solving and decision making skills.
