Job Description :
1.The purpose of this position is
to perform accounting activities and assume responsibility for maintenance of
ledger accounts.
2.Understand and analyze understand
the activities being performed with respect to theory and company policy
3.May perform supervisory and
training duties
4.Perform general accounting and
other related duties in daily administration of the accounting department
5.Maintain general ledger to
include the preparation of journal entries, coding of invoices, accounts
analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly, and setting up new accounts
6.Monitor accounts receivables
collection from individuals and/or institutions, interface with bank; reconcile
customer accounts; may also require booking of sales
7.Maintain accounting records for
fixed assets
8.Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications :
1.CA with 1-3 years of experience
2.Knowledge of Purchase Orders,
payment terms, and processing of invoices and/or expense reports
3.Demonstrated proficiency in the
use of PC-based business applications
4.Demonstrated proficiency in the
use of automated payroll/accounting/business applications
5.Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
6.Basic leadership and
decision-making skills
