Job Description :
1.Supporting the Global Procurement
Commodity Team in
2.Support GCM to manage all
tactical issues at both our sites and suppliers base.
3. Support the preparation of
PowerPoint with SPEND data, graphs, trend, etc.
4.Generate OPO reports to ensure
lowest GP price is implemented at the sites level.
5.Provide point of escalation for
Commodity issues as appropriate
6.Be the focal point for Supplier
Payment delinquent issue.
7.Update supplier contact list and
upload into the sharedrive.
8. Leadtime verification with
Suppliers.
9.Attend and support GCM during QBR
negotiation when travel budget permits.
10.Prepares “cleaned” Masterfile
for GCM to review prior to Suppliers QBR
11.Prepare Share Of Business (SOB)
Award file and email to sites. Ensure compliant of SOB file at the site level.
12. Identify parts with no price
movement for one year and send RFQ to suppliers for price quotes. Managing
Dashboard and Metrics
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree
Experience : Experienced and
freshers
Location ; Chennai
Required Skills :
1.Good analytical skill
2.Knowledge in ERP
3.Excellent communication (verbal
and written) across all level of management
4.Basic SCM knowledge and strong in
Data analytic.
5.Knowledge of MS office ,
proficient in Excel and MS outlook
6.Willing to work at irregular
hours as and when required
7.Ability to work independently
