Position Description :
1.Alarm Monitoring, Fault
Localization/Correction/Verification* resolution from remote delivery center.
2.Liaises with Customer Care
organizations regarding Network outages.
3.Coordination with
internal/external customers and operation teams for resolution/restoration.
4.Good knowledge of Transmission
technology SDH/PDH/DWDM/Ethernet/Microwave.
5.Good communication and customer
handling approach.
6.Troubleshooting &
Provisioning on SDH Multiplexers ranging form E1 to STM64 links on,
NSN_HIT,Huawei(OSN),Tejas,ECI,Alcatel Lu cent (ALU).
7.Troubleshooting & analyzing
NSN SDH Radio Microwaves- FHY,Flexi Metro (SRA4) & Flexi Packet.
8.Troubleshooting of SDH
Transmission NEC and Ericsson(MLTN),Huawei (RTN),Ceragon IP-10/IP-20 microwave
equipment's.
9.Knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE network topology and interfaces
(Gb,Abis,Ater,Media Gateway..etc.)
10.Provide support and coordination
with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults.
11.Supports end-end support,
coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets and work-order.
12.Providing incidents reports and
RCA for the outages in the network.
13. Supports Major Service outage
investigations and follow up
14.Ensures planned outages are
carried out/rolled back in maintenance window
15.Ensures Operator Customer Care
is fully updated for service affecting outages
16.Carry out preventive proactive
measure to improve network availability and reducing MTTR.
17.Follow NOC procedure / process
and ready to work in 24x7 environments.
Educational Qualification :
