This position calls for a highly
skilled Support analyst to provide services to Global Services Knowledge
Experience team to ensure that we are measuring customer success, which
includes success in using our knowledge with high satisfaction. The Support Analyst
will be reporting directly to the Business Solutions Architect responsible for
development and maintenance of Metrics and Reporting for Knowledge Experience.
