Responsibilities:
1.Overall responsibility for
growing the quantity and variety of hosts and listings in Key North Indian
States in India (Punjab, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh,
Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and some other key markets)
2.Analyse and benchmark existing
supply to identify growth opportunities and build host network in order to
provide the best possible experiences to guests
3.Lead and manage a team of
external contractors for supply activation and acquisition
4.Identify hosts that can take on
additional responsibilities within the market and minimise friction for hosting
for people with extra space
5.Identify strategies to grow the
market and set priorities to execute on opportunities and develop effective
channels to acquire hosts
6.On-board and educate local hosts
with best hosting practices
7.Works with Host Supply Lead and
local team to identify strategies to grow the market and set priorities to
execute on opportunities and develop effective channels to acquire hosts
Educational Qualification : Any
graduate and post graduate

Requirements:
1.Familiarity with local tourism
landscape and property market
2.Proficiency in English and Hindi
3.Previous experience in organising
and project managing small scale events
4.Outstanding communication and
presentation skills

6.Being a host/traveller on Airbnb

7.Up to five years experience in a
business development/sales environment, preferably working within travel or
