Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for SCAN, MBIST and
JTAG implementation and verification
2.Responsible for SCAN insertion
and DRC analysis/debug.
3.Responsible for SCAN, MBIST and
JTAG gate-level simulations.
4.Create testplans for verification
of the various features and testplan execution
5.Develop assembly level directed
tests as needed for the feature
6.Develop coverpoints and perform
coverage analysis
7.Develop verification components
using OVM/UVM and System Verilog
8.Actively participate in the
architectural discussions and provide feedback to RTL as needed

Job Requirements and Skills:
1.B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in
Electrical/Electronic Engineering
2.Minimum 4+ years’ experience in
DFT Design Verification
3.Strong knowledge of DFT
methodologies, tools and flows.
4.OVM/UVM Methodology knowledge and
experience is a plus
5.Experience in developing complex
test bench/model in Verilog, System Verilog or SystemC
6.Experience in writing test plans
and test cases
7.Excellent hands-on debug skills
8.trong Verilog, System Verilog,
Perl/shell script programming skills.
9.Understanding of test compression
and ATE debug is a plus.
10.DFT architecture experience is a
plus.
11.Must have good communication
skills and the ability and desire to foster a team environment.
