Job Description :
1.All new joiners to be given
Orientation as per the AAPIE syllabus provided by corporate.
2.Identify training needs through
Personal observation, Performance Appraisal, Feedback form, TNI and information
from HODs.
3.Create monthly training calendars
for the unit • Identifying the target group for upcoming training programmes
4.Send ION to Department HODs
requesting for participation list.
5.Identify resource persons for the
in-house programme in consultation with the HOD.
6.Prepare training aids, materials,
arrange for refreshments and ensure hall availability.
7.Review and correct the Induction
and Training material as and when required.
8. To collect feedback from the
participants at the end of every HR training programme, and evaluate the effectiveness
of training.
9.Send the consolidated Feedback
report to the concerned trainer.
10.Prepare feedback analysis for
every HR Programme, and plan/suggest improvements, in identified areas, in
organizing and conducting of in-house programmes
11.Incorporate the NABH standards
in all the training activities.
