Role & Responsibility:
1.Conducting Regular process
quality check
2.RCAs and audits based on business
requirements, Customer Requirements, Organization Standards and quality
parameters for the process
3.Giving Feedback and conducting
meetings on need basis, with the departments to bridge the gaps in the process
4.Must have focus on total quality
management and handling customer complaints
5.Be on a constant look out for
various methods and analyze to improve the process and add value to the process
by removing non value add
6.Preparing reports, highlighting
areas with scope for improvement and working on them
7.Publishing monthly/ weekly
Dashboards for QC, random audits and need based audits as applicable.
8.Expected to take initiatives
around driving both quality & compliance.
9.Expected to drive continuous
improvement of process quality, turnaround time, and delivery performance by
working closely with cross-functional teams for the delivery to enhance
business growth by making the process efficient
