1.Provides Customer account support in line with customer segmentation offerings
2.Contributes to Cisco Sales productivity by reducing Account Managers’ administrative workload
3.Support Customers and Sales on pre-book to post-booking activities
4.Develops strong overview and drives Process, Tool and business flow improvements
5.Identifies Customer and Sales Process, Tools and Training opportunities.
6.Engages and represents Customers and Sales with cross-functional teams
7.Attends weekly Sales Commit calls, keep track and obtain early business visibility
8.Maintains a set of projects and initiatives which require cross functional partnerships
9.Maintains high levels of Customer and Sales satisfaction levels
10.Supports Customer and Sales Key performance indicators and metrics improvement initiatives
