Core Responsibilities:
1.To acquire NRE/NRO accounts with a minimum ICV of Rs 200,000 and drive balance build up thereafter
2.Acquire NRI customers during their visit to India
3.Leveraging other businesses in the location as a source for getting NRI referrals and leads
4.Consistency in delivering sales target both in terms of volume and value
5.Focus on early and consistent engagement with customers thereby leading to higher true rates and balance built up
6.Complete AML related items such as CDDs, AIRs, APFs, etc. within timelines
7.To be updated with Citi and competitor products offerings
8.Driving a remarkable customer experience
9.Focus on minimal inex’s and ensuring a smooth account opening experience

Job Summary:
1.To acquire NRI customers with a focus on sourcing profitable accounts through a well-defined engagement process leading to significant balance build up
2.Acquisition focus based on client need rather than offer based
3.To drive and track quality of portfolio in terms of True Rates and NRV build up
