Job Description :
This role is responsible for the
technical development and solutions, developing long term technical roadmap and
continual revenue/cost optimization, various implementation, enhancements and
maintenance of the infrastructure & related services. Technical scope
includes all aspects of Server Operating Systems (Windows & Linux),
Messaging & Collaboration Technologies, Storages, Back-up & Cloud
Management. This role will also assume 3rd Level or any escalated Infra
requests and will require interaction with the business users. Ability to provide On Call and After Hours
Support will be required

in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualification

2.Minimum of overall 6+ years work
experience in a Microsoft based environment running TCP/IP network protocol.
3.Excellent communications with
keen technical understanding of appropriate Messaging, Virtualization, Storage,
Cloud, security and LAN/WAN technologies.
4.Experience in service provisions.
5.Experience with Windows OS /
Messaging / Storage/Cloud
6.Experience with Citrix, HP blade
system and EMC storage implementation and Administration
7.Well versed in Active Directory,
Exchange, Cloud management, Office 2007/2010 and knowledge of SharePoint.
8.Sound knowledge of best practises

9.Sound knowledge of IT industry,
key suppliers and equipment.
Management Control :
1.Manage, co-ordinate, and maintain
relationships with third party support staff in providing support to clients.
2.Responsible for all Cloud hosting
services and its governance.
3.Responsible for maintaining asset
records for hardware and software in the offices where support is provided.
4.Enforce compliance with various
local legislative requirements from an IT perspective including software
licensing
