Responsibilities :
1.Manage multiple reported issues
among various customers simultaneously
2.Recognize and gather crucial
customer information
3.Call customers and hold screen
share meetings with as necessary
4.Configure different environments
each day to test and help in reproducing customer issues
5.Maintain a professional and
quality relationship with customers through our internal ticket system
6.Communicate status updates and
drive communication with customers from start to finish
7.Create and assist in maintaining
internal and public facing documentation

Graduate
Experience : freshers and experienced

Preferred Qualifications :
1.Four-year college degree or
equivalent
2.0-2 years experience in business
to business customer service
3.Experience working with various
application servers (Tomcat, Jboss, Glassfish, Weblogic, Websphere)
4.Experience working with various
databases (MySQL, Postgresql, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
5.Experience building websites
6.Excellent professional skills,
including effective written and spoken communication skills
