POSITION SUMMARY:

Helpdesk Support Executive to work in the NCR Region and to support through
phone/email to users across all over India who are using our online
products/solutions. Should be an undergraduate with good communication skills.
Need good fluency in Hindi and English

Job Description:
1.Answering incoming calls seeking
information
2.Resolving queries through emails
3.Escalation of queries /
grievances, if required
4.Preparation of MIS / Invigilation
job, if and when needed
5.Must be well versed with handling
issues related to online software that are used by the target user groups.
6.Responsible for supporting the
Service Desk Tickets with reference to the software being used by the user
groups.
7.Receives and responds to customer
problems, issues, and requests
8.Ensures proper documentation,
notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
9.Provides first level support for
resolution of customer incidents
10.Combines demonstrated technical
skills with exceptional customer service in daily responsibilities
11.Working knowledge of Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
12.Working knowledge of internet
email application e.g. Microsoft Outlook etc.
13.End User Support
14.Spoken & Written English,
