Job Description:
1.Good Communication Skills is must
2.Should be open to work in
24*7shifts environments
3.Minimum 3yr experience in desktop
support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote
4.Minimum 2 years of experence into
providing L2 Support.
5.Should perform user account
creation, deletion, and configuration.
6.Basic troubleshooting experience
needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
7.Candidates should have hands on
experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools.
8.Configuring and Trouble shooting
of MS OUTLOOK/lotus note-To solve the technical problems remotely.
9.Knowledge of Software
Installation.
10.Troubleshooting the Hardware and
Software problems.
