Main responsibilities:
1.To ensure all the deliverables
are met and completed to professional standards and agreed timescales as per
the Service level agreements.
2.Understand client
queries/requirements and resolve this on priority basis.
3.Work towards improving the
process and providing value addition to the client through deliverables.
4.Assisting in Audit process.
5.Maintain good rapport with the
client and ensure that courteous, prompt and professional advice on all matters
is provided.
6.Consolidation of Accounts.
7.Budgeting & Analytics
8.Guide the team on preparation of
complex accounts.

Requirement :
1.Timely communication of any issue
to the client manager and to the internal management.
2.Present periodic functional
updates and MIS to management / client.
3.Ensure timely completion of work
reviews and appraisals of the team members.
4.Identifying training needs of the
team and arrange regular training.
5.Active involvement in improving
the QMS system for the team.
6.Strive to develop a good team
atmosphere with own team members as well as other teams.
7.Timely support to enabling
functions.
8.Any other additional
responsibility to commensurate with business requirements.
9.May have to travel to client site
during audits.
