
Responsibility:
1.Application Support: Provide
technical support to clients in the region e.g. technical queries, developing
customized solutions, supporting scheme engineering, analyzing field
performance etc.
2.Product Problems / Non-quality
Issues: Take the lead in investigating and resolving product problems reported.
Support local actions required for resolution of major non-quality issues
3.Product Management: Be aware of
product obsoletions, new product availability etc and provide appropriate
customer support in line with regional strategy. Keep track of firmware
upgrades, changes in product features etc and participate in necessary local
actions. Support customers vis-à-vis product literature needs.
4.Market & Competition
Monitoring: Improve awareness of Automation solutions. Track evolving customer
specifications & requirements. Watch closely competition products and
prepare comparison, spec-in etc
5.Promotions & Approvals: Key
role in product launches, presentations, discussions, spec-in activities,
exhibitions, site trials etc, T&D ISO. Implement actions necessary for
product approvals based on regional strategy and priorities"
Educational Qualification : BE
Electrical
Experience : Experienced and freshers
Location : Noida
Qualifications :
1.BE Electrical with sound
experience in pre sales support activities
2.Possess in-depth knowledge of
Electrical network, Protection & Control, Electrical Substation, SLD
(Single line diagram), Switchgear
3.Possess sound knowledge of
Protection basic (Over current, Short circuit, earth fault, under/over voltage)
4.Has understanding &
information of Panel builders, OEMs, End
users - Utilities, industries & segments (O&G, MMM etc) in the region/
country
5.SAS- Automation protection
Background is added advantage
6.Knowledge of Competition, trend
and opportunities.
7.Travelling : 50% in given
geographical region
