Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Oversee all matters related to NA operations which includes – Invoice Processing, Validation, Vendor creation, Disbursement, Helpdesk, Cleaning-up Aged items, Escheatment, Updating/Reviewing relevant Policies, Coordinate with IT team on technical issues, Track & Report Violations, also working with employees in resolving their queries and monitor and approve General Ledger/sub ledger/ICO reconciliation
2.Ensure aged items in reconciliation are cleared regularly.
3.Ensure all relevant AP activities are carried out with the defined time lines.
4.Ensure all AP process is in line with internal policy and compliance and ensure all backups are attached in Oracle.
5.Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and suppliers.
6.Ability to handle multiple demands and high volume.
7.Follow policies and procedure; guide team to ensure they adhere to Policies and Procedures.
8.Should be a subject Matter Expert on all the activities performed within North America Payables.
9.Should publish and improvise the KPI’s and quarterly dashboard in an agreed timeline.

Educational qualification :  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Experience :  experienced
Location : Hyderabad

People Management:
1.Professionally coach & develop the expense Auditors personnel to achieve business results & professional goals.
2.AP Supervisor is responsible for setting expectations, delegation of work with proper direction & accountability, and performance evaluations at regular intervals.
3.Develop the team members through one on one coaching, monthly team meetings.
4.Lead and support the team through regular team huddles and reviews

Job Requirements:
1.Knowledge in T&E and Purchasing processes is beneficial.
2.Hands on experience with Oracle 11i and R12 preferred.
3.Proficient in MS Office.
4.Service oriented and conscientious with attention to detail.
5.Outgoing personality with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, commitment to achieving results.
