b).Supply chain management Order
management Procurement
2.Knowledge of ERP (Preferably
BAAN)
3.Experience in BPO / Manufacturing
industry preferably in electronics
4.Knowledge of MS office and MS
outlook
5.Some exposure to voice process
will be highly preferred
6.Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
1.Timely issuance of POs to Vendors
& co-ordination for payment
2.Placing the purchase order and
follow up the same
3.Coordinating with vendors for
actual delivery status of material
4. On time completion of Open PO
Report and Shortage Report
5.To meet or exceed desired service
levels and inventory targets as defined for the products assigned
6.To efficiently and accurately
execute core procurement processes for assigned products
7.Coordinate with Internal Business
Partner (requestor) and Supplier for Purchase Order Changes.
8.Experienced of E-Tools such as
Smart Buy, e RFQ
9.Sourcing and Developing suppliers
for new projects
10.Managing supplier's database
11.To identify, recommend, and
implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the
execution of procurement processes
12.Perform root cause analysis to
expedite the resolution of service issues.
13.Prepare Customized reports for
analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes
