Required Experience & Skills:
1.Experience 6 months to 2 years.
2.Experience working in Call Centre in Technical\Voice support
3.Technical helpdesk or Technical call center experience is necessary
4.Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required
5.Hands-on work experience on Windows Operating systems
6.ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center, Zendesk
7.Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools
8.MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007): MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, and MS Visio
9.Strong Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox),VPN and remote dial-in users, Support for laptop, desktops, and printers PDA and blackberry support
10.Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications like Winzip, etc
11.Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
12.Good documentation skills
13.Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
14.Should have a great customer handling skills
15.Able to handle unforeseen situations
16.High level of acceptance & committed

Key Responsibilities:
1.Work under defined SLA’s for each customer and monitor tickets generated and escalate to appropriate teams for timely response
2.Generating  SLA & metric reports  from the ticketing tools
3.Willing to work in Rotational shifts and occasional night shifts
4.Willing to work on 24X7  Environment
