Role :
1.Participate in the security
monitoring of mission-critical network nodes and systems, and security devices
to detect any anomalies.
2.Provide first-level response
& investigation to security monitoring team.
3.Investigate abnormal events,
qualify potential security breaches, raise security incident alerts and perform
technical & management escalation.
4.Implement mitigation actions in
response to confirmed security incidents and answer to Network Security Experts
escalations for verification and possible further mitigation actions.
5.Perform assigned change
management activities on security devices.
6.Document incident cases and
archive all related evidence.
7.Perform network security risk
& vulnerability assessments and systems security audits.
8.Act as POC for backbone,
operational infrastructure and
Educational Qualification : University Degree /Diploma
Experience : Freshers and
experienced

Requirement :
1.University Degree /Diploma or
equivalent (Computer or Communications oriented)
2. Required 3-4 years’ experience
in GSM/GPRS Environment with good knowledge of components like MSC / HLR / GGSN
/ SGSN / MVAS
3.Preferred experience with Huawei
and/or Ericsson core network elements and NMS/OSS
4.Preferred 1-2 years’ experience
in a Mobile Network Security environment within the telecom or IT industry
5.Vendor (Huawei or Alcatel)
certifications on Mobile Network technologies will be an added advantage
6.Knowledge on Security
technologies (like SIEM (ArcSight), Firewalls, IDS/IPS, URL Filters, DDoS
Protection etc.) will be an added advantage
7.Good diagnostic and
troubleshooting skills.
8.Ability to understand, analyze
and resolve problems quickly.
9.Good interpersonal skills and the
ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with all nationalities and
cultures.
10.Self-motivated and capable to
work within a strong team environment is essential.
11.Must be fluent in English
language. Possession of multi
languages is an asset.
12.Ability to identify problems and
work to resolution as required.
13.Proactive attitude to use
his/her initiative to react quickly, to work effectively in emergency
situations under minimum supervision.
