Responsibilities :
1.Ensure delivery of work within
stipulated SLAs and KPIs.
2.Defect monitoring.
3.Follow up on defects with the
developers using the defect tracking reports.
4.Preparing defect tracking
reports.
5.Monitoring and Mentoring the
Service Desk.
6.Executing regression tests upon
service/module/iteration delivery.
7.Should have knowledge of bug
tracking system.
8.Good Troubleshooting Skills.
9.Managing the day-to-day issue
related to portal faced by the user.
10.Good Understanding of Microsoft
Office.
