file processing
3.File and form checking for
Account Opening
4.Lead Management for Corporate
Employee Programme (CEP) CSO, Mortgage DSF, Premier Client Management(PCM) -
assigning and tracking leads, ensuring proper closure in CRMS with apt
narration
5.MI Management- MI agreement
tracker to be properly maintained
6.Maintaining Daily Report, Sales
reports, Sales Call Data & Recruitment Tracker
7.Maintaining data for TPMI
Agreements
8.Ensure a consistently high level
of product and service delivery for relevant customer/sales touch points
9.Develop and maintain good
customer relations and ensure effective service delivery (including Complaint
Management)
10.Extend support towards reduction
in KYC errors, discrepancies
11.Monitoring requests for Salary
processing done through payments, processing of other ad hoc payments like
bonus, incentives etc.
12.AOF checking and maintaining,
ensuring proper completeness of forms
13.Develop a collaborative
environment with all members of sales team
Educational Qualification : Any
graduate with mba
Experience :experienced
Location : Kolkata
Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience
2.Experience (preferable) in frontline
customer services/ relationship management.
3.Strong communication, client
focus and influencing skills
4.Sound knowledge on the Banking
sector in general
5.Able to communicate well in
English and local languages
