The Role
We are looking to hire a Compensation Professional – Benchmarking with subject matter expertise in Compensation Benchmarking, Market Intelligence and Data Analytics. This role will partner with relevant stakeholders to analyse external as well as internal data elements, and propose & execute necessary actions on Compensation related matters, including yearly Salary structure adjustments for all Countries where Kyndryl operates in.
As Compensation SME, this role holder will also participate in transformation projects within the Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an expert for the Salary Benchmarking and Deployment activities
Lead timely submission of Survey data to Survey providers/Compensation vendors
Gather Market Intelligence on Best practices and trends
Partner with Global Skills and Career Framework (GSCF) team, to ensure Workday Salary structure is in sync with Job & Skill framework at all time.
Work with country leadership(s) and Geo Compensation teams to ensure Minim Wage / Statutory Compliance of salary structures
Analyse Data and derive meaningful insights to drive Compensation strategies
Participate in Compensation related Projects
Who You Are
Key Skills & Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Salary Benchmarking and Compensation Data Management
Excellent Analytical skills
Advanced excel knowledge, with the capacity to develop complex formulas and models to identify root causes and/or trends. Strong technical background with adequate knowledge of Compensation-specific applications.
Ability to work with all levels of partners (Internal and External) and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training.
Prior experience working with HR technologies related to Compensation & advanced Data tools is preferred
