DataForce by TransPerfect is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our onsite team on a fixed-term assignment in India! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative team to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology.
The Project Manager is a results-driven and innovative project leader within DataForce. They are responsible for the successful execution of various Artificial Intelligence projects throughout their life cycles, utilizing expertise and technical skills to manage project budgets, timelines, and quality requirements. They foster professional client relationships, manage and coordinate external teams, and lead and collaborate with cross-functional project teams and partners.
In collaboration with the Program Manager, The Project Manager ensures the achievement of each project’s objectives and strives to exceed customer expectations for the DataForce service.
Responsibilities :
The Project Manager bears the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the caliber of work, profitability, and overall performance of the projects under their purview.
Ensure project success against defined KPIs by overseeing all aspects of project management from hand-off through project completion
Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials
Provide clear direction, goals, and expectations to team members and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals efficiently
Provide effective analysis and reporting of project performance
Track, monitor, and control project financial, timeline, and quality performance
Provide effective risk management through identification, escalation, mitigation, and effective resolution of issues
Execute projects autonomously, while successfully coordinating with cross-functional project teams as required to procure necessary resources and support
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and both internal, and external stakeholders
Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges
Proactively identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and drive improvements to maximize operational efficiency and implement scalable solutions
Monitor project expenditures and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget
Contribute to the development of the knowledge and capability of the department, team, colleagues in industry, and technology advancements
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and quality
Ensure all project deliverables are completed and reviewed according to quality standard
Organize and deliver a Post Project Review
Lead and inspire all project team members to achieve their best work on a daily basis
