Job Responsibility
Front End Specialist will be responsible for carrying out validation of customer orders submitted to order desk , carry out network design , raise supplier PO’s and to ensure the integrity of network inventory, systems, and databases is maintained.
As a Front-End Specialist, the primarily responsibility will be verifying the customer requirements against the order form received from sales channel , raise workflow orders and model various Vodafone fixed line products in inventories to enable Transmission and IP configuration in network and to complete the provisioning activities
Front End Specialist will raise , plan and design customer orders in relevant inventories, raise supplier PO’s , handle the tasks in workflow tools , and prepare design for end-to-end technical routing over the Vodafone network.
Skills
• Good understanding of Various Telecom Fixed Line products, Technologies, and Systems.
• Good understanding of SDH, IP and Routing & Switching concepts.
• Basic understanding of financial and non-financial numbers in relation to full profit and loss performance.
• 3yrs of operational experience in a Telecom company with a University degree of full-time qualification .
• Good communication skills , Customer focus and ability to adjust to workload peaks that can occur in an aggressive sales environment.
