Executive Recruiter to join our efficient and impactful executive jobs in salesforce

 We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our efficient and impactful executive search team within Salesforce Global Recruiting. In this role, the successful candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, client management and offer strategy and negotiation. The Executive Recruiter will support hiring for VP level and above roles for all functions in India, with the possibility of supporting other global regions as needed. Functions could include Engineering, Product, and CIO/IT, as well as Marketing, Sales & Distribution and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Hiring Managers, business leaders, Finance, HR Business Partners, Legal, Executive Compensation and Mobility to drive the hiring strategy and process.

Develop search strategies and perform thorough assessments to assess talent. Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Conduct research to map target companies.

Identify and build key relationships with the best executive talent in the industry.

Manage a consistent pipeline of leaders and recruit phenomenal executive talent to the company.

Contribute to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles.

Develop job descriptions with hiring managers by understanding the required skills and background, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company.

Lead client update meetings on active searches.

Present and negotiate offers. Partner with Executive Onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into Salesforce.

Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Work in a hybrid (office/home) setting; face to face time with executives based in office or traveling through is critical.

Minimum Requirements:


10+ years of recruiting experience that includes full cycle recruiting, executive sourcing and research.

Expertise in recruiting leaders for a variety of functions within the technology industry (software companies preferred).

Executive Search experience within a large search firm or boutique firm.

History of collaborating with senior business leaders from top-tier companies.

Thorough knowledge of technology trends, cloud computing, and technology executive talent in the India marketplace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:


Extensive sourcing and pipeline building experience.

Proven ability to earn trust and credibility quickly while positively influencing the search process; ability to communicate the right message for the audience by using instincts and good judgement.

Skilled in making smart offers that benefit the candidate and the company.

Curiosity; loves the thrill of filling difficult searches and building long-term relationships with candidates along the way.

Passion for driving an inclusive hiring process as well as cultivating a diverse pipeline for each search.

Proven ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Team player who is collaborative and supportive of their teammates around the globe, as well as their peers and partners within the Professional Recruiting organization

Outstanding references at the Executive level from former customers and candidates.

Excellent presentation skills.
