We are looking for an experienced marketeer highly proficient in brand strategy, digital and online marketing. Deep knowledge of brand building, social media marketing, content marketing and growth strategies is a must. Ideally, should have had leadership experience with managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the overall marketing plan and budget in partnership with the exec utive leadership team including setting targets, determining the core programmes and driving execution to deliver business growth
• Expand, lead and and mentor an internal marketing organisation to capitalise on the overall market opportunity
• Set the marketing strategy across multiple platforms, markets and channels with a major focus on our scaling performance marketing efforts across PPC, SEO, CRM
• Develop a clear, authentic and well targeted global brand focused on company purpose and market position across broad, diverse customer groups
• Optimise Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) strategies
• Drive improved efficiencies of appropriate technologies for marketing automation, analysis and reporting
• Further implement a measurable, metrics-driven ROI approach to marketing without sacrificing positioning, brand or investment
• Undertake market research and competitive analysis to segment and define target markets; refine the product value proposition and implement the best market-penetration strategies
SKILLS:
• Ability to understand the fundamental drivers of market dynamics in a marketplace driven business and translate this knowledge into actionable strategy for growth
• Significant leadership profile with prior experience of leading and developing diverse marketing teams at scale globally in a fast-paced online B2C organisation
• Deep technical and commercial understanding of digital marketing at global scale
• Prior experience of blending expertise in brand development with contemporary digital marketing methods, channels and technologies
• A demonstrable track record of building a marketing organisation (people, process and systems) through a period of hyper-growth
• Extensive analytical skills and a track record of extracting insight from data with a test-and-learn philosophy
• Ability to act as a company spokesperson and experience in coordinating PR activities
• A world-class team player with a global outlook; collaborates cross-functionally, exercises influence at senior levels, and builds alignment around goals and objectives
• A proven track record of hiring world-class people in different marketing disciplines on an international basis
