The Technical Consultant role is a key contributor to the implementation of the Brady Risk solutions for our growing global customer base. Working as part of a project team to design and implement our solutions to enable our customers to realise the true value of our products.

• Liaise with the clients to analyse/determine and document their technical requirements for a project implementation
• Analyse data requirements of Brady Risk application and map to data available in source system
• Design and specify interface configuration and tools for the Brady Risk applications remotely or at client sites
• Provide mapping documentation for use in building interface
• Analyse, resolve/escalate problems found during the implementation
• Discuss and advise clients to effectively solve technical issues using Brady Risk products
• Together with the Project Manager collaborate with the project team and build relationships with our customers
• Document problem resolution for future reference by other Consultants, e.g., useful notes, updated JIRA tickets
• Document technical suggestions and solutions as agreed with clients
• Contributes towards developing consultancy tools and processes to ease future implementation
• Provide information, advice, guidance, and updates throughout the project lifecycle to assist management in eliminating risks and increasing the likelihood of project success
• Technical training and mentoring of other Consultants to increase knowledge and skills transfer
qualification
• Experience in the Energy or Commodity Trading and Risk Management sectors
• Track record of working in a team that has delivered large sale software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience building interfaces
• Highly competent in technical tools such as MS SQL and PowerBI
• Experience with source control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub enterprise
