Qualification:
Experience:- 5-7 years
End to end contract management including, drafting, vetting, negotiating all forms of Agreements.
Knowledge of Copyrights, IT Acts and other relevant laws.
Preparing various terms and conditions, disclaimers for contest, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Digital Platforms.
Research and feed-back on consultation papers.
Litigation Management, Liaoning with Lawyers.
Candidates with experience in media domain will be preferred
