JOB POSITION :
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Tech Lead, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.
- Applicant will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of DevOps and Containerization services across multiple cloud platforms
- Research, analyze and propose DevOps management tools and best practice workflows
- Design, build, and maintain automated deployment CI/CD pipelines that are scalable, efficient, and highly available across multiple cloud environments
- Define the provisioning and management of cloud resources, including virtual machines, containers, and storage, to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. IaaC (Infrastructure as a Service)
- Participate in the development of the overall DevOps strategy and roadmap for the organization
- Ensure that the cloud infrastructure and services meet all security and compliance requirements, and lead the response to any security incidents
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement new tools and technologies to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Work with members of the CCoE team to identify and implement new tools and technologies that can improve the general efficiency and effectiveness of DevOps operations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
- Collaborate with other teams across the organization to understand their development requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support the ongoing development of the team
- Participate in community development workshops and act as technical guidance reference for software engineering and tool/platform usage
- Act as evangelist of DevSecOps practice at Bombardier, deliver presentation and training to various audience (technical and non-technical).
- Proficient in working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including expertise in networking, security, and automation.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Proficient in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with modern development and deployment tools and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities, with experience guiding junior team members.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and applying new technologies to solve business challenges.
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.IT, data communications, telecommunications, computer science, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or Azure Administrator
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex CI/CD services across multiple cloud platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle and automation tools for CI/CD pipeline development.
- Strong hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle and automation tools for CI/CD pipeline development.
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience in Azure/AWS services product developments & Operations
